2023 Rosa Bianca di Sangiovese

Faint floral aromas are greeted with notes of pear, peach and melon. A warm nuttiness is propelled by light and frothy bubbles that tingle on the tongue.

Honey Bee

We all love this goat cheese! It’s amazing what the addition of a little honey can do. It has a lightly nutty flavor of cashews with a hint of sweetness. It is full of flavor and its Gouda like texture makes it easy to slice or cube .

2021 Primitivo

Aromas of cranberry, cherry, strawberry, cinnamon, and rose petal. Fresh acidity on the palate highlights bright notes of cherry and cranberry that lead to understated tannins ending with the essence of cocoa.

Holey Cow

A hand-crafted artisan cheese made from whole cow’s milk. This semi-soft cheese is filled with small round openings characteristic of a Swiss cheese but with a smooth, creamy texture and a crisp and buttery finish.

2021 Ame de la Vigne

Opening with luscious notes of plum, fig, and date frame the aromatic profile. The velvety texture unfolds with an exquisite interplay of vanilla, pomegranate, and blackberry, culminating with a long and chewy finish.

Moon Dance

Made from pasteurized goat’s milk, the cheese is aged for six or more months to produce a dense and smooth pale, ivory-colored paste. It has a nutty and brown-buttery flavor, with prominent caramel notes.

2019 Nikiara

On the nose hints of black currant and blueberry lead into cedar, cardamom, and turmeric aromas. A full-bodied mouthfeel that has rich fruit notes of fresh black cherry and plum that finish with pistachio and baking spice flavors.

Beechers Flagship

Flagship is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese with a uniquely robust, nutty flavor. It is carefully aged for 15 months under the watchful eye of the cheesemaker to fully develop its complex flavor and ever-so-slight crumble.

2019 Petite Sirah

The essence of anise opens up to a touch of raspberry and cherry cola on the nose. While dark fruits such as blackberry and blueberry mix with the deep rich tannins for an old-world lingering finish.

Point Reyes TomaTruffle

TomaTruffle is the perfect combination of classic Toma paired with the aromatic flavors of Italian Black Truffles from Umbria. Reminiscent of undergrowth, fresh strawberries, dried fruit, and a hint of cocoa, the earthy flavor marries beautifully with the buttery richness of Toma.
